Consult— We begin by having an initial meeting, going into the specific requirements of the project and outlining the project's scope.
Concept Design— Here we begin developing the 2D layouts and abstract 3D visualisations. At this stage we fine tune the design, going through a few revisions.
Design Development — Once the conceptual design is finalised, 3D renders and 2D plans are issued to relevant sub contractors (structural engineers, quantity surveyours, plumbing and electrical contractors etc.).
Document Handover — After vetting every deliverable, all documents are handed over to the client for building authority submission and to begin the construction of their project on site.
